Enter your Workers' Compensation Board-Alberta employer account number and your password. Passwords are not case-sensitive.

The first time you sign on to your account you will be asked to reset your password and provide an email address. Your new password must be at least 6 characters in length and alphanumeric.

Please note that account holders with personal coverage and no workers in the current and prior years are not required to file an annual return.

All employers receive an annual return password as part of their annual return package. If you received a letter but forget your password, you can do one of the following:

• If you have not yet logged on, you can reset your password by clicking "forgot your password" and answering a question regarding your account.
• If you have previously logged on to this year's return, you can click "forgot your password" and a new password will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of logon.
• If you have not yet logged on and cannot answer any questions related to your account, you still have the option of requesting a new password. Click on "forgot your password" and the link at the bottom of the screen ( here). Your request will be processed by a WCB representative. To validate your authorization you will be asked to provide information about your company. Normally you will receive a new password within 24 hours.

Having lost your password does not excuse your organization of the obligation to file by the annual return deadline.
