Annual Return Help
To have a new password emailed, enter your email address and the answer to one of the questions at the bottom of the page:
Your confirmation number appeared both on your annual return summary page and in your annual return confirmation email.
Your confirmation number appeared both on your registration summary page and in your registration confirmation email.
If you have not yet logged on and cannot answer any questions related to your account, you still have the option of requesting a new password. Click on the link at the bottom of the page to send a request to WCB-Alberta. Your request will be processed by a WCB representative. To validate your authorization you will be asked to provide information about your company. Normally you will receive a new password within 24 hours.
Having lost your password does not excuse your organization of the obligation to file by the annual return deadline.
